Jeff Belkora, Ph.D.
Jeff Belkora, author of DEAL! Discovery, Engagement, and Leverage for Professionals, will present strategies to help guide clients to good decisions. You’ll learn how to discover the client agenda, engage the client in decision support and leverage resources for efficient delivery. Belkora developed this approach to client-centered care while running a support program for patients facing life and death decisions at UCSF Medical Center. He is a faculty member at the UCSF School of Medicine and runs a patient support program at the UCSF Medical Center.
James Clear will describe how mastering the art of high performance by embracing the surprising power of small habits can multiply your mental and physical performance 10x. You’ll learn what’s working now, what always works, and what to avoid if you want to stick to good habits and break bad ones. Clear is an entrepreneur, weightlifter, and travel photographer. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Biomechanics from Denison University and also earned my MBA from Ohio State University.
Marc Freedman, founder and CEO of Encore.org, will provide examples of how you can help clients turn midlife uncertainty into a midlife opportunity. Freedman is an award-winning social innovator, thought leader and author – one of the nation’s leading experts on the longevity revolution and the transformation of retirement. Freedman is the author of four books, including most recently, “The Big Shift: Navigating the New Stage Beyond Midlife.” He is a high honors graduate of Swarthmore College, and holds an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.

She brings three decades of experience as a policy analyst, financial journalist and think tank executive to her distinctive and accessible style of thought leadership, combining highly original thinking with incisive analysis. Wucker holds a BA from Rice University and an MA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, where she has been an adjunct associate professor.
